41-51 Maple Street: Brand New Affordable Housing is Coming to Croton-on-Hudson, New York

In the beautiful Village of Croton-on-Hudson, Regan Development is about to commence construction on two brand new buildings consisting of 33 rental apartments. In partnership with the Croton Housing Network and with the assistance of the Housing Action Council, Regan Development will be building at 41-51 Maple Street, a great location across from shopping and bus transportation.
The eastern building along Maple Street will have 12 apartments and the western building will have 21 apartments. In total, the development will have 11 one-bedroom apartments, 11 two-bedroom apartments, and 11 three-bedroom apartments. All thirty-two rental apartments will be affordable to individuals and families with a range of incomes from 30% to 80% of AMI for Westchester County. To serve our residents, the development will have one apartment to be occupied by a live-in building superintendent.
The building design offers superior quality and condition with high quality finishes and amenities, an elevator, community space within the building, and landscaped outdoor recreation spaces including a playground. Additionally, 8,000 square feet of the property is designed for public use as a pocket park at the corner of Municipal Place and Maple Street.
The property and buildings will be smoke-free. High-speed broadband services will be provided for all residents at no additional cost. The development will participate in NYSERDA’s New Construction – Housing Program Carbon Neutral-Ready + Health and will utilize all electric, high efficiency equipment for space heating and cooling, domestic hot water, and appliances.
