Bear Woods Featured in State of Connecticut Publication

Regan Development’s co-venture with Favarh, the ARC of the Farmington Valley, was featured in the State of Connecticut’s Department of Developmental Services’ Executive Brief newsletter. The articles highlighted a recent site visit by members of the State’s Department of Developmental Services and Department of Housing. Bear Woods Apartments will have 10 apartments set aside for people living with intellectual and developmental disabilities, as well as another 30 brand new apartments for people seeking rental housing at rents they can afford. Bear Woods Apartments is a groundbreaking effort in Connecticut, the first of its kind to create a vibrant combination of affordable, supported independent housing for people with IDD and high quality affordable rental housing.
