New Broad Street Commons Resident Gives Heartwarming Remarks on His New Home – Ribbon Cut on New Community
On Wednesday July 21st, State officials and local officials joined residents, funders and Regan Development to celebrate the opening of Broad Street Commons in Glens Falls. The ceremony highlighted the brand new affordable rental building as a community asset providing high quality housing on a gateway thoroughfare for Glens Falls. In addition to Commissioner RuthAnne Visnauskas of New York State Homes and Community Renewal and Executive Deputy Commissioner Roger Bearden, we were joined by State Senator Daniel Stec, Assembly Member Matthew Simpson and Mayor Dan Hall and other local officials.
