Regan Development Awarded $9.7 Million for Upcoming Homesteads on Grand Development

On March 18th, 2024, Gov. Kathy Hochul announced a $260 million housing award for 29 developments across New York State. $9.7 million of this initiative was awarded to Regan Development’s upcoming Homesteads on Grand development located at 333 Grand Ave in Johnson City, New York. This mixed-use development features the construction of 72 brand new one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments as well as 6,200 square feet of commercial space. Regan Development plans to break ground in September 2024.
