Time Lapse Video: Construction of the Swinburne Apartments in Albany

The Swinburne Apartments opened in October 2020, built over last 22 months from the ground up on Central Avenue in Albany. Here is a video presentation using time lapse photography – a great history of how the Swinburne Building came to life.
