Times Union Article on Opening of the Swinburne Building

Albany’s Times Union profiled Regan Development Corporation’s brand new mixed use building on Central Avenue. The development, which includes 74 high quality rental apartments and 21,000 square feet of office and retail space, celebrated a ribbon cutting on July 21st. Here is a link to the article:
