White Terrace Apartments, Regan Development’s new, transformational development in Pittsfield, Massachusetts was recently profiled in the Berkshire Eagle.  The endeavor marks Regan Development’s first entrée into community development in the State of Massachusetts.  We are excited to bring back this historic treasure located in the heart of the City of Pittsfield.  Working in close partnership with Berkshire Housing and the City of Pittsfield, we are now commencing construction to transform this blighted property into a beautiful new community asset.
